Speaking of Light

In Photography, everybody talks about light.
How light really makes you photo, you can have the best equipment, the best composition and the best location - if there's no light or bad/hard light conditions, you won't get a good photo.
So, what do you have to do in order to get the best light?
Its actually easier than you may think - get up early and stay out late. Well at least until the sun sets.
Sunset and sunrise are the best times to take photos, you'll get the golden and the blue hour at these times of the day. You'll find the blue hour right before sunrise and right after sunset, the golden hour right after sunrise and before sunset. During these times of the day, you'll get either a beautiful golden/warm or a blue tons into all your photos and the light overall will just be a lot softer and less harsh.
Sounds kinda confusing right? But don't worry, just be at your location some time before the sun comes up and don't leave right when the sun sets, then you'll be doing it right.
Some more advice:
Know your location, rather scout it out a day earlier or via google maps, so you won't be in a hurry once the good light comes up (or just be very early and look around).
To know when the sun comes up and sets, just check any weather app, you'll find it there. Alternatively there are some more advanced apps like "Moments" (IOS Appstore) that will tell you the exact path of the sun during the day.
Thank you for reading and as always - feedback is always appreciated!
Have a great time!
